We are here to help you make sure that your car is fixed with exceptional care.  Our customer service staff will make sure that you are completely informed and happy with your windshield replacement. 

• How long will it take to replace my windshield?
• How long should I wait to drive my car after my windshield has been replaced?
• Can you come to my office/house to replace my windshield?
• How will the weather affect my scheduled installation?

• Replacing your windshield will usually take around an hour to complete depending on the vehicle. We take our time to ensure the highest quality installation in your vehicle.

• To ensure the safety of your vehicle we suggest to wait at least one hour after installation to drive your vehicle. The windshield plays a vital role in the airbag system of your vehicle and should be given time to cure before you drive the vehicle.

• We would be more than happy to come out to your home or office to complete your windshield. Our mobile installations follow the same strict guidlines as our in shop installations.

• In cases of inclement weather (rain or snow), we do not recommend replacing your windshield outside, however, if we can get the vehicle under cover we can complete the installation. In order for the glue to properly adhere to the vehicle the surface of the vehicle must be dry for proper installation.
  
  In cases were the temperature drops below 30º, we suggest getting the vehicle inside or bringing it to the shop because many of the pieces to the car are made of plastic and may break due a combination of stress on the parts and the cold temperature.
