When Replacement Is Needed:

While minor chips and cracks can often be repaired, sometimes replacement is the only safe option. We recommend full glass replacement if:

  • A crack is longer than three inches

  • Damage obstructs the driver’s line of sight

  • The chip or crack is spreading

  • The glass has multiple points of damage

Our Replacement Process

Tiny & Sons is committed to doing the job right the first time. Our process includes:

  • Careful removal of the damaged glass to avoid further harm to your vehicle.

  • Installation of OEM or OE-quality glass that meets federal safety standards.

  • Use of premium urethane sealants for a secure, long-lasting bond.

  • Recalibration of ADAS systems (if applicable) to ensure lane departure warnings, automatic braking, and other safety features work correctly. Read more about why recalibration may be needed and the process.

  • A thorough quality check before we return your keys.

Most replacements are completed within a couple of hours, getting you safely back on the road with confidence.

  • All auto glass replacement is warranted for one year against defects of workmanship. Fixed glass installations (those that do not operate) are warranted for the life of the vehicle or the length of the warranty, whichever is shorter, against leakage, except that which occurs as a result of vehicle collision damage or panel deterioration (rust). All operating parts are warranted for 30 days against mechanical failure.

    Limitations and Exclusions

    The warranty expires with changes of ownership of the identified vehicle. This warranty relates to workmanship issues only, e.g., leakage. Glass breakage, which is not the direct result of the installation, is not warranted. In no event shall Tiny & Sons be liable for incidental or consequential damages. 

    To exercise your rights under your Tiny & Sons warranty, contact the Service Center where the work was originally performed. If that is not possible, call Tiny & Sons Glass for assistance at 781-826-6163. In either case, have available evidence of installation, such as the original invoice.
