Tiny & Sons Community Engagement
Rooted in the South Shore. Committed to Giving Back.
At Tiny & Sons Auto Glass, community isn’t just where we work—it’s who we are. Since the company’s founding in 1978, the Brown family has believed in giving back to the South Shore through volunteerism, leadership, and hands-on support. Today, that tradition continues under the guidance of co-owner Peter Brown, whose deep involvement in local organizations reflects the values instilled by his father, James “Tiny” Brown.
Peter Brown: A Leader Beyond Business
Peter’s dedication to the community extends far beyond the auto glass industry. He actively serves in key leadership roles, including:
President of the Board – Pilgrim Hall Museum, Plymouth
Vice President of the Board – Auto Glass Safety Council
Vice President of the Board – Pembroke Chamber of Commerce
Vice President of the Board – Talking Information Center
Board Member – Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield
Board Member – South Shore Chamber of Commerce
He also continues to contribute to the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Plymouth, lending his time, expertise, and passion for community growth.
A Culture of Volunteerism
At Tiny & Sons, giving back is part of the company DNA. From supporting local youth programs and cultural institutions to strengthening business networks across the South Shore, the Browns believe that when a community thrives, everyone benefits. This culture of service was instilled by Tiny himself, who encouraged his family and employees to give their time and talents whenever possible.
Our Ongoing Commitment
Community engagement is not an afterthought—it’s a responsibility Tiny & Sons proudly embraces. As the business grows, so too does its commitment to strengthening the South Shore through leadership, support, and service.
